SC-114RG Thrust Ball Bearing Series
The SC-114RG Thrust Ball Bearing is totally enclosed and is recommended for use in exposed locations where protection from foreign matter is required. The one piece design answers the need for an easily installed bearing requiring a minimum of machine work for its use.
The balls are retained between two hardened steel races banded together by a mild steel or brass sleeve on the outside diameter.
The small pitch diameter of the ball grooves for a given shaft diameter, and the large diameter balls used give a relatively low peripheral ball speed. This together with the heavy race sections and deep round grooves result in a bearing of unusual capacity and life for its size.
The SC-114RG Thrust Ball Bearing is available in inch dimensions from 0.625″ through 3.938″ OD and 0.438″ through 2.75″ height.
